Shipping and Returns

RECEIVING ORDERS AND SENDING PACKAGES

All orders placed through our online services at presyon.eu and presyon.ba are accepted on weekdays until 15:00 and are sent the same day. Presyon has a contract with EuroExpress express mail, which delivers to the territory of BiH in a maximum of 24 hours, except on weekends.

Presyon is obliged to include a fiscal receipt outlining the products purchased and their associated prices with each purchase.

Presyon is obliged to ship the product in its' original packaging.

 

FREE DELIVERY

No postage is paid for the purchase of products worth more than 100 KM, 9.5 KM is paid for purchases worth up to 100 KM.

 

RETURN OF GOODS

If the package or product you ordered is damaged during transport, you are obliged to notify us immediately after collection, take a picture of the damage and the fiscal invoice received with the goods. After you are notified that we will send you a new product or make a refund.

If you receive a neat package with a neat product but for some reason want to return the goods, in which case you need to contact us at presyonbih@gmail.com

The method of returning funds depends on the way the product was initially purchased, but can be discussed and adjusted according to the customers' needs.
